Paraguay National Flag - Information
The national flag of Paraguay (bandera de Paraguay) has three equal, horizontal bands of red (top), white, and blue with an emblem centered in the white band. The emblem is different on each side - the obverse side bears the national coat of arms and the reverse side bears a circular seal of the treasury

Paraguay adopted French colours for its flag, but arranged the red-white-blue colors horizontally with the national coat of arms centered in the middle. On the reverse side, however, the seal of the treasury replaced the national coat of arms.
